About the role

This role blends strategic product leadership with hands-on technical execution, requiring a forward-thinking individual who can translate business needs into actionable analytics solutions.
Project jobsites present typical construction and outdoor conditions that require the use of personal protective equipment for safety purposes.

This individual will own the product roadmap for analytics initiatives, lead a small and growing team of engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external clients.
The Product Manager will play a critical role in shaping ATS's analytics capabilities, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value in energy efficiency, operational performance, and customer outcomes.

This position requires a combination of working in an office environment and routine visits to project jobsites up to 50% of working hours.
Lifting and exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds more frequently is required.
Must be comfortable climbing a ladder infrequently.
This position is non-remote, in person, office work environment at our Renton location.
Consistent typing and spending much of your time seated at a desk or computer.
Small repetitive motion with mouse and keyboard are required.
Occasional lifting and exerting force up to 20 pounds may be required.
Extensive use of computers and IT peripherals required majority of the time while in the office.
