- You will work closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure supplier performance, product quality, and manufacturing readiness as the company continues to grow.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or quality engineering roles
- Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, control plans, and process validation methodologies
- Experience with supplier quality systems, incoming inspection programs, NCR, MRB, and CAPA processes
- Experience conducting supplier audits and driving supplier corrective actions
- Experience working within ISO 9001-compliant environments
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Demonstrated experience managing supplier quality performance within a hardware manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience applying structured root cause analysis methodologies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and global supplier networks
- Experience supporting electrochemical, hydrogen, energy, industrial equipment, or related systems
- Professional certifications such as ASQ CSQP, CQE, CQA, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, or equivalent quality certifications
