Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a driven Sales Specialist to join our team and support the delivery of exceptional customer experiences through the rapid implementation of robotic machine-tending and OPTO automation projects.
  • You will work closely with senior guidance to master automation and robotics tools-specifically focusing on HAAS, Fanuc, and the Fanuc CRX COBOT packages-to boost operational efficiency and position Phillips as the preferred industry partner.
  • Beyond the technical execution, you will focus on building solid customer relationships within your assigned territory and fostering collaborative partnerships with Haas Automation representatives, vendors, and the Phillips 360 team.
  • This position is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong technical background in automation who is ready to contribute to the design of cutting-edge solutions while growing toward consistent high performance and long-term career advancement within our organization.

Compensation

  • The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $70,000.00 and $80,000.00 annually plus commission opportunities.
