The MPD Supervisors are required to supervise field installation and operation of Managed Pressure Drilling jobs.
Demonstrate the ability to operate Opla Energy's proprietary Software.
Fill out and submit all required documentation including safety meetings, daily tickets, JHA's and permits.
Ensure Equipment is kept clean and functional, inspect for wear and perform maintenance as required.
At least 3+ years of direct MPD experience.

MPD processes, equipment capabilities, and downhole knowledge.
5+ years of direct MPD experience preferred but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Valid driver's license.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Basic Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel computer skills.
Must be able to walk and stand throughout a 12-hour day.
Must be able to consistently lift 50 lbs. from a floor or table position to chest high using a proper lifting technique.
