About the role
- This role focuses on embedding AI into day-to-day C linical Develo p ment O perations to improve study delivery, site performance, patient enrollment/ engagement /retention, and data quality.
- As a leader within Clinical Development Operations, you will transform "AI potential" into "operational performance."
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases to improve trial execution (e.g., site activation, enrollment, monitoring, issue detection).
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, design and execute a roadmap / framework for AI integration across C linical D evelopment O perations, prioritizing high impact areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams ( C linical, Clinical science, IT, Q uality, R egulatory, etc ) to ensure alignment with AI solutions / initiatives and integrate with existing programs
- Drive adoption through training, change management, and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
- BS or advanced degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Data Science, or technical field
- Experience leading or participating in AI projects within clinical or biomedical domains.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements for AI in clinical trials.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to innovation and change within a matrixed organization.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in within pharma, biotech, or CRO settings, including 5+ years of experience in AI/ML ( m achine learning), advanced analytics, or digital health initiatives
- Background in AI, machine learning, and data science, with practical experience in clinical applications.

- For this role, the anticipated base pay range is $237,000 - $285,000.
