Partner with hiring managers to plan, execute, and manage recruiting efforts across multiple openings and lines of business
Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates
Maintain timely communication and follow-up with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teammates
Utilize MAU's ATS and recruiting systems to manage candidate workflow and documentation
Support recruiting process improvements and help drive recruiting best practices
Learn and develop recruiting strategy, sourcing techniques, and client partnership skills

Bachelor's Degree completed
1+ years of corporate recruiting/professional staffing, account management, or professional sales experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Facilitate intake meetings to understand position requirements, hiring priorities, and ideal candidate profiles

2+ years of previous recruiting, staffing, internship, or sourcing experience
Experience working in a KPI or metrics-driven environment
Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Bullhorn
Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or corporate hiring environments
