Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to plan, execute, and manage recruiting efforts across multiple openings and lines of business
- Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates
- Maintain timely communication and follow-up with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teammates
- Utilize MAU's ATS and recruiting systems to manage candidate workflow and documentation
- Support recruiting process improvements and help drive recruiting best practices
- Learn and develop recruiting strategy, sourcing techniques, and client partnership skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree completed
- 1+ years of corporate recruiting/professional staffing, account management, or professional sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Facilitate intake meetings to understand position requirements, hiring priorities, and ideal candidate profiles
Nice to have
- 2+ years of previous recruiting, staffing, internship, or sourcing experience
- Experience working in a KPI or metrics-driven environment
- Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Bullhorn
- Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or corporate hiring environments
