- Job Description Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a mid-senior level Associate within our Corporate Practice in our San Diego office.
- GT is consistently among the top firms on the Am Law Global 100; the associate will have the opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on public and private M&A, including start-up and venture capital transactions.
- Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the other documentation used in complex M&A and private equity transactions and proficiency in drafting the same.
- Candidates must be admitted to the California Bar.
Skills
- Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential.
Compensation
- Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
- $310,000 to $390,000
