- JOB SCOPE & PURPOSE The Account Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating agency resources to ensure that account needs are met.
- He/she acts as the daily internal contact and ensures that all projects for which he/she is responsible are completed on time, on specification, within scope, and on budget, while providing completed planning and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a thorough understanding of the client's business and competitive environment; routinely contributes to competitive tracking projects
- Develop a positive and partnering relationship with all team members
- Schedule and lead project status meetings, including preparation of meeting agendas and documenting status
- Assist with building a positive culture
- The Account Executive ensures that support, information, and knowledge needed from the competencies are provided.
- Experience supporting presentation layout/design design
Requirements
- Coordinate with other team members to monitor ongoing progress, makes adjustments when required, proactively identifies project issues/problems, assists in issue/problem resolution, and provides updates
- Develop and maintains proficiency with Targetbase tools and processes
Nice to have
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience
- Strong preference for candidates with prior experience in marketing/advertising agency, professional services firm or in-house digital marketing team (internships count!!)
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- demonstrated ability to multitask and set priorities
- Aptitude for relationship development and desire for client facing responsibility
- Strong interpersonal skills
Compensation
- $25k-$54k
