About the role

  • Provides individual, group, or family psychotherapy.

Responsibilities

  • Co-Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients and their support networks, as assigned, to address specific therapeutic needs.
  • Create, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring they align with the client's evolving therapeutic needs and goals.
  • Facilitate and lead treatment team meetings, driving collaborative discussions on client progress and adjustments to treatment strategies.
  • Perform comprehensive intake evaluations to assess new clients, gathering essential clinical information to inform treatment planning.
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team's overall mission.

Requirements

  • Current Associate or Independent licensure required in the state of employment required.
  • Master's degree in a behavioral sciences field required.
  • Individual, family, or group psychotherapy experience required.

Compensation

  • Pre-Independently Licensed Therapists: Starting salary range between $50,000-$65,000
  • Independently Licensed Therapists: Starting salary range between $60,000-$75,000
  • Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position
