About the role
- Monitor revenue, margins, and profitability by project/client Analyze key metrics (utilization, billable rates, project performance) Advise leadership on financial implications of strategic decisions.
- Accounting & Reporting Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.

Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly and yearly closing, reporting, and variance analysis Implement and/or optimize tools and systems to improve financial visibility and efficiency (e.g., project time tracking, financial dashboards).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA is an asset).
- Familiarity with project-based accounting and revenue recognition You speak English and French (French is a strong asset)
Nice to have
- 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting
- experience in a digital agency or professional services firm is highly preferred.

- Excellent analytical skills and business acumen.
