About the role
- This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining strong execution discipline throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- The Project Manager focuses on managing the execution of the work, maintaining project structure, tracking risks and issues, and ensuring delivery teams operate in a coordinated and well-managed manner.
- This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in structured delivery environments, enjoys managing complex projects, and brings strong operational discipline to project execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Maintain detailed project plans and ensure execution remains aligned with agreed commitments
- Maintain clear visibility into project status and execution progress
- Maintain structured project documentation and reporting
- Support structured project reviews and governance checkpoints
- Maintain project tracking systems and documentation
- We design, develop, and operationalize technology-enabled solutions through a high-performance services model built to elevate client experience and deliver measurable business value.
- We operate using a structured service delivery model designed to balance client relationships, delivery accountability, project execution, and production capacity management.
- Ability to manage complex projects with clarity and control
Requirements
- The following qualifications reflect the experience, capabilities, and attributes typically required to perform successfully in this role.
- 5-10+ years of progressive experience in project management within professional services, consulting, or technology delivery environments
- Strong understanding of project management principles including scope, schedule, risk, and budget management
- Experience coordinating work across cross-functional delivery teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required
- Comfort operating within defined delivery processes and governance structures
- Demonstrated experience leading complex projects or programs involving multiple stakeholders and delivery teams
- Demonstrated ability to identify risks early and manage issues proactively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing project documentation and reporting
Nice to have
- Experience managing project execution in professional services or consulting environments preferred
- Experience working closely with delivery leadership or client delivery managers in structured delivery environments preferred
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred but not required
