Responsibilities

  • Act as a support associate to RM/RVP to execute tasks assigned to assist in the effective execution of 90-day plan
  • Support Operations in executing transition action items to ensure property performance
  • Assist corporate support associates and RM in setting up Bell platform functions as assigned
  • Support multi-site operations at the direction of RM & RVP
  • Building Effective Teams- Blends people into teams when needed; creates strong morale and spirit in his/her team; shares wins and successes; fosters open dialogue; lets people finish and be responsible for their work; defines success in terms of the whole team; creates a feeling of belonging in the team.

Requirements

  • Lead, direct, and control all facets of the community, following Bell Apartment Living standards and policies, and working within budget guidelines to ensure quality services and a high degree of customer satisfaction

Nice to have

  • Undergraduate degree is required
  • Five (5) years' experience of increasingly responsible management positions within service and/or property management
  • Minimum of three (3) years recent experience in a company with 500 or more employees
  • Multi-site experience preferred
  • Lease-up, renovation, acquisition, and/or disposition experience a plus

Compensation

  • Hourly: $46.00 - $58.00
  • Incentive compensation opportunities are available and are performance based.
  • We currently own or manage over 85,000 homes in North America and continue to grow.
