Responsibilities
- Act as a support associate to RM/RVP to execute tasks assigned to assist in the effective execution of 90-day plan
- Support Operations in executing transition action items to ensure property performance
- Assist corporate support associates and RM in setting up Bell platform functions as assigned
- Support multi-site operations at the direction of RM & RVP

- Developing Direct Reports- Provides challenging and stretching tasks and assignments; holds frequent development discussions; is aware of each direct report's career goals; constructs compelling development plans and executes them; pushes direct reports to accept developmental moves; will take direct reports who need work; is a people builder.

Requirements
- Lead, direct, and control all facets of the community, following Bell Apartment Living standards and policies, and working within budget guidelines to ensure quality services and a high degree of customer satisfaction
Nice to have
- Undergraduate degree is required
- Five (5) years' experience of increasingly responsible management positions within service and/or property management
- Minimum of three (3) years recent experience in a company with 500 or more employees
- Multi-site experience preferred
- Lease-up, renovation, acquisition, and/or disposition experience a plus

- Must be detail-oriented and have strong project management skills and ability to multi-task
- Must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team-based setting; must display a professional demeanor at all times
- Must have strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite

Compensation
- Hourly: $46.00 - $58.00
- Incentive compensation opportunities are available and are performance based.
- We currently own or manage over 85,000 homes in North America and continue to grow.
