Responsibilities
- Customer Service Support Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate with pharmacy partners, prescribers, and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support product and clinical teams by communicating customer needs and feedback.
- Warehouse & Fulfillment Support Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse space.
