Lead and supervise commercial electricians, apprentices, and electrical crews on active construction projects
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications while mentoring and developing apprentices
Proven ability to plan work, coordinate manpower and materials, and maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards on commercial construction projects
Bopat Electric is hiring experienced Commercial Electrical Foremen to lead commercial electrical construction projects throughout Maryland.
This position is ideal for Journeyman Electricians and Commercial Electricians with proven leadership experience who are ready to lead crews, coordinate field operations, and drive projects to successful completion.

5+ years of commercial electrical construction experience, including experience leading electricians, apprentices, and field crews
Experience overseeing commercial electrical projects ranging from $100K to $2M+
Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, including conduit, switchgear, panelboards, power distribution, lighting, motor controls, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, specifications, and one-line diagrams
Strong understanding of NEC requirements, commercial construction practices, and job site safety standards
