Responsibilities
- Reflection is a research lab making intelligence open and accessible for everyone to use, customize, and build on.
- We build open models that let anyone control their intelligence and help shape the future of AI.
- Work directly with research leads to shape model releases and product direction - including what gets cut and when
- PMs at Reflection own a product end-to-end.

Requirements
- You have shipped model releases or developer-facing products in OSS or AI and can talk specifically about what went wrong, what you cut, and what the metrics actually did.
- You have changed your mind because of feedback from a researcher or engineer and can describe the specifics.
