About the role

This is a builder role - you'll work directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to shape how we find, evaluate, and close great people.

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles: sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build scorecards, and calibrate on hiring bar
Run structured interview processes and lead calibration sessions with cross-functional teams
Support hiring across corporate functions as capacity and business needs allow

3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, in-house or agency
Experience managing an ATS and using recruiting data to improve process
candidates remember their experience with you
Background in regulated or hard-tech industries (aerospace, defense, energy, manufacturing)
Demonstrated success hiring software engineers, product managers, and other technical profiles
Strong active sourcing skills - you build pipelines, not just manage inbound
Clear, direct communicator; candidates remember their experience with you
Comfortable with ambiguity - this is a startup, and the playbook is still being written

Experience recruiting Forward Deployed Engineers or other customer-facing technical roles
Familiarity with technical assessment tools
