About the role

  • Consider applying for the Customer Service Representative - Temporary/Seasonal position at the STAR Contact Center!
  • As the Customer Service Representative - Temporary/Seasonal, you will be the first impression to the citizens of Maricopa County.
  • It will be your knowledge that guides our voters to the answers they need.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and process information to the Lead or Supervisor when necessary
  • Maintain logs and other forms of information data entry

Requirements

  • Must pass a pre-employment background and/or fingerprint investigation as required by statute or policy, including drug and alcohol testing requirements for positions designated as safety-sensitive
  • Requires the ability to sit or stand for an extended period and the ability to view a computer screen for an extended period

Compensation

  • The position is eligible for overtime compensation for all hours worked over 40 in the designated workweek.

  • Post-secondary education may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
