About the role
- This role requires someone who can operate independently, dig into issues, and exercise sound judgment on when to resolve vs escalate.
- You'll work across accounting, operations, and compliance to ensure accurate financial reporting in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities

- Own and execute key components of the monthly and quarterly close
- Support preparation of regulatory reports (e.g., FOCUS reporting, net capital, reserve calculations)
- Partner with compliance and finance on regulatory requirements and changes
- Audit Support & Readiness
- Prepare clear, well-documented support for external auditors (PBC requests)
- Proactively identify issues during close and drive resolution
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with monthly close and account reconciliations

Compensation
- $110k-$165k
Benefits
- The base salary range is $110,000 - 165,000 annually, plus a discretionary bonus and full benefits.
