Responsibilities

- The Operations Supervisor is a critical role in ensuring that McGee Air Services delivers best in class ground handling services.
- The operational supervisor is charged with monitoring the performance of the operation, supervising McGee Teammates, and building an environment where safety, team member engagement and operational performance are paramount.
- Establish and maintain a culture that encourages communication, where all team members feel valued, connected, and engaged in the success of the operation.
Requirements
- The Operations Supervisor anticipates operational needs, makes required adjustments to respond to challenges, and provides the team and leadership with information to ensure a successful operation.
- As such, the specifics of the job will vary across the functional areas, but the below responsibilities and qualification are required and expected for any Operational Supervisors.
- Conduct investigations and collect required information on operational/safety metrics.

- Compensation is determined by several factors, including location, relevant experience, skill level, and internal equity.
- Opportunity to earn additional pay each quarter based on performance.
