Responsibilities
- Own reconditioning decisions for Ever's EV inventory
- Source and manage external service partners to optimize cost, speed, and quality
- Maintain accurate reconditioning records and documentation
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a clean, acceptable driving record

- Build elite operations and vendor management skills
Requirements
- 2-6+ years of experience in service advising, recon ops, or fleet maintenance
- Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and cost drivers
Skills
- Experience with service DMS or recon management tools
- Ability to read inspection reports, estimates, and labor ops
- Familiarity with EV systems and common failure modes
- Strong Excel / Sheets skills
- Comfort using Slack, CRM, and ops dashboards
- Experience negotiating labor rates and parts pricing
- Ability to occasionally bend, reach, stoop, and work around vehicles
Compensation
- $65,000-110,000 OTE (base + potential performance bonus)
