Job Title: Machinist I, 1st shift/Mon-Fri, 5 am to 3 pm Job Description: Entegris is currently seeking a Machinist I for our Decatur, TX facility.

Collaborate with programmers on program/fixture creation for new parts.
Create hand-typed CNC code (i.e., chip prevention lines, fixturing)
Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of the larger organization and production goals
Astute attention to detail to drive Safety and Quality;
The new hire in this role will have the potential to grow and create relationships across the organization and be recognized for demonstrated success and adherence to company PACE values.

Completion of pre-employment physical required
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. as needed.
Occasional work may be required in confined workspaces.
Candidate must have the capacity to comply with the federally mandated requirements of U.S. export control laws.

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Possess math and precision measurement skills and able to read machine drawings;
Experience using a CMM (coordinate measuring machine) a plus
Possess advanced knowledge of machining methods;
Ability to make complex code adjustments within program.
Experience using programming software a plus.
Knowledge of advanced Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
Ability to perform visual checks and handle materials responsibly while wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE);
