Convert: Turn warm leads into completed sales by building trust, addressing objections, and reinforcing value.

Highly driven self-starters who are motivated by growth opportunities and the drive to convert opportunities into outcomes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to build trust quickly.
Comfortable engaging warm leads and guiding conversations toward confident purchasing decisions.
Because this position involves frequent calls and digital communication, you'll need a setup that supports clear, uninterrupted conversations.

The ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
