Responsibilities

  • Clear, validated positioning and messaging that drives scalable growth.
  • Development of an always-on campaign engine that consistently delivers pipeline while enabling flexibility and testing.
  • Regularly build & run AI agents to automate the repetitive, amplify the creative, and free yourself to focus on the strategy that moves the needle.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign marketing, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to balance experimentation, data, and strategic judgement

Compensation

  • USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $150,000 USD and $218,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time
