Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end users across hardware, software, and business systems.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • Occasionally provide after-hours support for business-critical issues
  • Perform employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including hardware provisioning and account management.
  • May perform routine system administration activities such as installing upgrades and patches, maintaining spreadsheets, HW/SW ordering, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience supporting Windows-based desktop environments.
  • Associate degree in Informational Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ticketing systems such as ManageEngine ServiceDesk.
  • Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience supporting macOS devices.

This role is perfect for someone who has grown beyond traditional IT support and is stepping into (or already working in) systems administration and infrastructure ownership. You'll lead complex technical initiatives, strengthen security and reliability across our environment, and help shape how our IT systems scale as the company grows. As part of a small, collaborative team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on Fluxergy's IT infrastructure as the go-to expert for the support team, provide guidance, mentorship, and direction for high-impact issues and projects.
