Responsibilities

  • Additional travel may be assigned as needed to support business requirements.

Requirements

  • Master of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited institution
  • 5 years of demonstrated teaching excellence in a variety of courses at the post-secondary level
  • 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Leadership and supervisory experience in a post-secondary institution.
  • Active unencumbered RN license
  • 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience. Leadership and supervisory experience in a post-secondary institution.
  • 4+ years of related experience to include a combination of program P&L responsibility, able to effectively plan and operate degree-granting educational programs with the goal of driving student outcomes, student satisfaction, and profitability.

Nice to have

  • Doctoral degree in Nursing in programmatically appropriate/related field from an accredited institution
  • Demonstrated success in change management, and bringing order and structure to complex situations
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

  • Full-Time Regular Positions (classified as regular and working 40 standard weekly hours): This is a full-time, regular position (classified for 40 standard weekly hours) that is eligible for bonuses

Compensation

  • $123,000.00 - $190,700.00
