Responsibilities
- Additional travel may be assigned as needed to support business requirements.

- Leads academic program leaders, instructional faculty, and student coaches/mentors

Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited institution
- 5 years of demonstrated teaching excellence in a variety of courses at the post-secondary level
- 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Leadership and supervisory experience in a post-secondary institution.
- Active unencumbered RN license
- 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience. Leadership and supervisory experience in a post-secondary institution.
- 4+ years of related experience to include a combination of program P&L responsibility, able to effectively plan and operate degree-granting educational programs with the goal of driving student outcomes, student satisfaction, and profitability.
Nice to have
- Doctoral degree in Nursing in programmatically appropriate/related field from an accredited institution
- Demonstrated success in change management, and bringing order and structure to complex situations
- Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
