- Crossroads Health is adding to staff a Quality Improvement Data Analyst to assist with data collection, analysis and reporting of quality and performance improvement-related information throughout the organization.
- Main duties include: - Using the electronic health record system to generate data for reports, metrics, and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop Power BI and other reporting dashboards to meet organizational rand other reporting dashboard to meet organizational reporting needs.
- Lead the analyzing incident report data, including identifying trends related to programs or incident types.
Nice to have
- Database management and/or development preferred in MS Power BI, SQL, R, Crystal, or SPSS.
