Responsibilities

- Researches complex issues and identifies solutions to address client needs with guidance and support from a Senior Consultant as needed.
- Perform assigned project tasks independently, seeking guidance from a Senior Consultant when assuming new responsibilities
- Consult with clients regarding all aspects of plan design
- Maintain client relationships to ensure high quality deliverables
- Manage own personal and professional development; seek opportunities for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills and experiences
- Able to prioritize, work on multiple projects simultaneously, work independently and drive tasks to completion
Requirements
- Bachelor's: Accounting, Bachelor's: Business Administration, Bachelor's: Finance
Skills
- Communicating effectively, both orally and in writing
- Experience fostering client relationships
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong Excel skills
Compensation
- $65,000.00-$75,000.00
- Oversee day to day administration, annual compliance testing, Form 5500 preparation, trust Accounting, participant notices and plan documents
- Able to perform compliance testing, discuss plan design, prepare annual reports and complete DOL and IRS forms with support from Senior Consultant
