Responsibilities

  • Researches complex issues and identifies solutions to address client needs with guidance and support from a Senior Consultant as needed.
  • Perform assigned project tasks independently, seeking guidance from a Senior Consultant when assuming new responsibilities
  • Consult with clients regarding all aspects of plan design
  • Maintain client relationships to ensure high quality deliverables
  • Manage own personal and professional development; seek opportunities for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills and experiences
  • Able to prioritize, work on multiple projects simultaneously, work independently and drive tasks to completion

Requirements

  • Bachelor's: Accounting, Bachelor's: Business Administration, Bachelor's: Finance

Skills

  • Communicating effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Experience fostering client relationships
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong Excel skills

Compensation

  • $65,000.00-$75,000.00
  • Oversee day to day administration, annual compliance testing, Form 5500 preparation, trust Accounting, participant notices and plan documents
  • Able to perform compliance testing, discuss plan design, prepare annual reports and complete DOL and IRS forms with support from Senior Consultant
