About the role

  • Expected Hourly Pay Rate: $34.99 Work where your work matters.
  • Assist with daily activities and special projects of the Grants Management Department.
  • Complete adjusting journal entries as deemed necessary; 10% - Work with GM Supervisor and program managers for grants assigned and field questions, concerns, requests, etc.

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word desired
  • Working knowledge of all other Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, etc.) required.
  • Background check required.
  • MVR / DMV clearance in accordance with CCRC's liability insurance provisions: For positions where driving is required.

Compensation

  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual reports to funder. This includes invoices, financials statements, and other supporting documentation related to the reports that are requested; 15%
  • Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to program management including: financial statements, projections, and other analysis as requested; meet with GM Supervisor to discuss results on regular basis; assist with presenting results to program management; 15%
  • Assist with preparation of budgets for annual refunding applications for grants assigned. Work closely with GM Supervisor and program management to complete. Update AI funder approved budgets module and ensure proper inclusion with Agency annual budget; 5%

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or a Bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis in accounting or finance, required.
