Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process from posting to onboarding, focusing on hiring top talent across all functions including Corporate (HR, IT, Legal, Finance), Commercial (Sales, Marketing), R&D, and Supply Chain.
- Recruiting Partner: Support hiring managers and HR partners with recruiting best practices and process guidance, helping to drive an efficient and effective recruitment process
- Innovative Strategies: Help develop and execute creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including support for hard-to-fill roles
- Collaborative Partner: Act as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and HR, helping guide them through each stage of the hiring process
- Partnership Building: Forge strong, proactive partnerships with business and HR partners to understand hiring needs and offer creative sourcing solutions
- Talent Market Insights: Stay informed on talent market trends and help build pipelines to support ongoing business needs
- Relationship Builder: You take initiative and build strong, productive relationships across various levels of management

Requirements
- Experience hiring across multiple functions
- candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa support.
Nice to have
- Industry experience in retail, consumer products, or service industry preferred (Retail, Luxury, or multi-brand)
- A mix of agency and in-house experience is a plus
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS highly preferred

Compensation
- The base pay range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 / year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location.
