Responsibilities
- Able to effectively work with a wide range of people including other shifts, maintenance, engineers, technical support staff, quality and EHS.
- Demonstrate advanced troubleshooting skills and lead and/or participate in Root Cause Investigations.
Requirements
- Use of all electronic Operate Plant tools is required.
- Minimum of a H.S. Diploma/GED required. Advanced technical training in chemical processing highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a Manufacturing environment. Previous operating experience in a chemical process highly preferred.
- Work shift schedules: 5-2 8 hour shift schedule, rotating shifts with some weekend work.
- This job requires moderate physical capabilities. Typical work includes:
- Able to climb (stairs and ladders) to gain access to valves, tanks, silos, truck trailers, and vessels (up to 10% of shift)
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Able to drive a fork truck
- Able to bend, squat, and work in various body positions safely and effectively
- Able to work outside in various weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, etc.)
- Able to provide coverage on weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays as scheduled, on a regular basis
Nice to have
- Minimum of a H.S. Diploma/GED required.

Skills
- Able to use basic tools (Pliers, wrenches, hand cart, dolly, etc.)
