A Madison, Wisconsin, mid-size CPA Firm is growing and seeks exceptional, experienced a Tax Accountant to join the Firm.
Madison and the surrounding communities in Dane County provide some of the best opportunities in the country for work- and for play.

Preparation of federal, state and local income tax returns for individuals, corporations, S corporations, LLCs and partnerships.
Preparation of GAAP and OCBOA compiled financial statements, including transaction data entry, account reconciliation, general ledger write-up and journal entry preparation as required.
Preparation of payroll, sales tax, and other miscellaneous business filings as requested.
Effective work paper preparation in compliance with firm standards and procedures.
Work as an effective team member to complete project components and assignment tasks within the deadline.
Daily time tracking through firm billing software and sensitivity to maintenance of an appropriate billable time ratio.
A commitment to work extended hours during tax season.
Bachelor's degree in accounting
