About the role

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the early stages of the sales cycle by identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities.
  • The ideal candidate is energetic, driven, and passionate about sales.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation through outbound account targeting, lead development, cold calling and multi-touch activity as well as following up on inbound marketing- generated leads
  • Meet monthly and quarterly leads and new meeting objectives
  • Eager to learn and continually develop oneself
  • Work collaboratively with broader sales org to drive pipeline growth across sales teams

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
  • Working knowledge of SFDC
  • 1+ years inside sales software experience preferred
  • Experience calling into the CXO level
  • Proven Track Record with New Account Development
  • Highly motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with solid organizational and planning skills

Compensation

  • Variable (commission or bonus) pay rate will be paid in addition to base salary noted above.
