About the role
- We're hiring Deployment Strategists to function as the GM for a Moment engagement, owning the full lifecycle from first demo through implementation through massive expansion.
- You're the primary point of accountability for everything the customer needs to succeed and the visionary helping them transform their business.
- The role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and GTM.
Responsibilities
- Implementation & Launch. Own getting the customer live, happy, and excited to expand. Drive the implementation plan and manage deliverables across product, engineering, and sales. Roll the platform out in person with key users.
- Champion new product areas, train internal teams to be product experts, and build bespoke demos and MVPs when a customer needs something Moment doesn't yet have.
- Working fluency in Python or TypeScript and comfort with modern API design.

- We hire fewer people, ask each to own the outcome, and pay on impact - not tenure or experience.

Compensation
- Equity: aggressive initial grant + annual performance-based bonuses
- Base salary: $200K to $300K
