Responsibilities
- System Solution Development: Build reference solutions for HVAC equipment, industrial machinery, commercial refrigeration, automation equipment, and control panels using Littelfuse protection, sensing, relays, and semiconductors.
- Design Collaboration: Engage OEM R&D and system architects early in the lifecycle to shape specs, improve reliability, and coordinate protection/thermal performance.
- Segment Marketing & Positioning: Own messaging and campaigns for Industrial OEM & HVAC
- tailor by sub-segment (motors/drives, compressors, controls, embedded electronics).
- Sales & Channel Enablement: Provide design tools, overcurrent/thermal coordination guides, fault-tree demos, and application notes that speed qualification and certification.
- Segment Marketing & Positioning: Own messaging and campaigns for Industrial OEM & HVAC; tailor by sub-segment (motors/drives, compressors, controls, embedded electronics).
- Build reference solutions for HVAC equipment, industrial machinery, commercial refrigeration, automation equipment, and control panels using Littelfuse protection, sensing, relays, and semiconductors.
- Own messaging and campaigns for Industrial OEM & HVAC; tailor by sub-segment (motors/drives, compressors, controls, embedded electronics).
- 7+ years in Industrial OEM, HVAC systems, industrial automation, or electromechanical system design; proven record of influencing specs and securing design-ins.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering with controls/EE emphasis.
- Education (Required): Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering with controls/EE emphasis.
- proven record of influencing specs and securing design-ins.
- Technical Expertise: Motor control, variable-speed drives, sensor integration, circuit protection, power semiconductors, EMC/surge, and system reliability engineering.
- Communication: Strong technical writing and presentations for engineering and procurement stakeholders.
- Attributes: Customer-facing, hands-on problem solver, collaborative across product, applications, sales, and channel teams.
- Success Metrics
- Increase in qualified design-ins and design wins in Industrial OEM & HVAC accounts.
- Up to 30% - For customer visits, piloting, and industry events.
- Artificial intelligence (AI) tools may be used in some portions of the candidate review process for this position, however, all final employment decisions will be made by a person.
