Responsibilities

  • Sell tires on the service drive and exceed sales goals
  • Support inventory, store operations, and technician coordination
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced service drive environment
  • As a Tire Sales Specialist, you'll work inside a premium OEM dealership, using your tire knowledge to guide customers, drive sales, and deliver exceptional service experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of tire industry experience (required)
  • Customer-facing experience with a sales mindset
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, order systems)
  • Bring Your Tire Expertise

Nice to have

  • (Retail tire, service, or dealership experience strongly preferred)

Compensation

  • Targeted Annual Commission:
  • Strong Compensation + Stability
  • We promoted an average of 114 team members per year over the past two years through our Tire Store program.
  • $10,800 targeted annual commission

  • Base Pay Range:
  • $28.34 - $30.85
