About the role

The primary location for this role is remote, and the expected schedule is shift work (Mon-Fri 8:30am - 05:00pm and 10:30 - 7:00pm central).
Illinois or Missouri licensed independent.

Deliver care using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy.
Support post-acute transitions (i.e. recent hospital discharge) by providing follow-up care to ensure stabilization.

Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling or
Must be licensed to independently practice in Illinois or Missouri (LCSW strongly preferred); openness to cross-state licensure.

1-2 years' experience post independent licensure in a behavioral health setting.
Experience working with high-risk behavioral health populations including but not limited to suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation, severe persistent mental illness (SPMI), children in the foster care system.
Diligent regarding documentation standards and accustomed to using electronic medical records.
Familiarity with technology, Microsoft suites, and documenting in electronic health records.
