About the role

  • The Manager of Employee Engagement will play a pivotal role in driving employee engagement and optimizing the employee experience across AEG's operations.
  • An example includes, AEG Service Awards.
  • Provide leadership, coaching and development to staff.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with our EE Events position to plan, produce, execute All Staff Meetings at least 2x/year.
  • AEG may require an employee to perform duties outside their normal description.
  • Heavy contribution with developing, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive engagement program aimed at increasing employee retention and fostering a culture of inclusion.
  • Utilize proactive analytics across survey projects to identify actions and interventions in support of a positive workplace.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree (4-year)
  • 5+ years related work experience
  • Ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization, both internally and externally, fostering strong relationships and promoting a positive company image.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management and/or project management, ensuring successful implementation of initiatives.
  • Proficiency in managing corporate intranets and other communications technologies.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, self-motivated with the ability to achieve results with minimal supervision.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts in a compelling, concise, and creative manner for diverse internal and external audience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • ability to quickly learn all required business systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment, demonstrating flexibility and delivering quality work.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading, mentoring, and/or coaching teams in preferred
  • Experience in a large highly matrixed organization is preferred

  • Support Employee Engagement Specialist with planning, producing, and executing bi-annual company meeting, AEG Connect Summit with Sr.
