About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on research and report writing for the human resources department
  • Lead, assist or support in ongoing Human Resources projects
  • Support the Human Resources team by completing administrative duties such as preparing communications, updating or filing documentation, preparing reports, etc.
  • Create and evaluate innovative ideas and technologies to help improve the way we do business

Requirements

  • Successful candidates must be willing to satisfy the pre-employment requirements of a pre-employment drug screen and references.

Compensation

  • $4,117 - $5,192 CAD / Month Salary is commensurate with the number of academic semesters and prior co-op experiences completed.
  • Contribute to the application of Human Resources policies and procedures, salary and benefits administration, organizational communications, and performance management
