About the role
- We are seeking a customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team!
- Other tasks include job package preparation, time management, billing, and invoice submission.
Requirements
- Team player with ability to work in fast paced environment
- 2-3 years of administrative experience considered an asset
- Computer proficiency with a variety of software
- General administration and clerical duties, as required
- Excellent time management skills
- Customer Service mindset
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- This is a permanent, full time position for our Regina location
- Position is currently Monday-Friday, but will switch to a 7x7 continuous shift once trained.
