About the role
- Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Manager to manage our Philadelphia distribution facility. As a Logistics Manager, you will lead and optimize end-to-end physical distribution activities including order processing, inventory control, warehousing, transportation, fleet operations, and logistics planning. You will play a critical leadership role by collaborating
- with headquarters logistics peers, local sales leadership, and customers to resolve operational challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead all logistics and distribution activities for a medium-sized facility or region, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations
- Manage order processing, inventory control, warehousing, transportation, and fleet operations
- Develop and execute logistics strategies to improve service levels, operational efficiency, and cost performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data and performance metrics
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of logistics professionals

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Transportation, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain management
Nice to have
- Experience managing multi-site or regional logistics operations
- Knowledge of fleet management and transportation optimization
- Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement certification
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
- Strong customer-facing experience with a focus on service excellence
