Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Los Angeles Commercial Finance team, providing coaching and oversight for consistent, high-quality evaluations.
- Develop and implement scalable processes and internal controls for deal review and contract evaluation
- Maintain documentation on pricing policies, deal structures, and best practices.
- Assess financial impact of deals in the pipeline, identify revenue triggers, and partner with Sales, FP&A, and Revenue Accounting for timely insights.
- Drive initiatives to streamline operations, reduce cycle times, and improve collaboration with Sales and Finance teams.
- Develop and implement scalable processes and internal controls for deal review and contract evaluation; train the team on these processes.

- We collaborate with Sales, Operations, Legal, FP&A, Revenue Accounting, and other cross-functional partners to review and guide complex, non-standard deals.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Commercial Finance or Accounting, including 2+ years of people management.
- Prior managerial experience required.
- Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management systems (e.g., DocuSign CLM), Salesforce, CPQ tools, and ERP systems.
Nice to have
- CPA or equivalent preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- technical accounting experience a plus.
Compensation
- In accordance with various US state laws, the range provided is the Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
