About the role

Responsibilities
- Independently prepares a wide variety of recurring correspondence, internal reports and statistics, and other documents from internal data sources.
- Ensures and maintains within the School a culture of superior customer service.
- Maintains personnel records.
Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Suite applications

Compensation
- 5% - Procurement and inventory: Purchases goods and services for the School.
- Solicits quotes for goods & services.
- Prepares requisitions/purchase orders/receiving reports for purchases, purchase supplies and other allowable purchases.
- Assists the Director with asset custodian duties and in maintaining annual equipment and inventory reports.
