Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related Science (e.g., Chemistry, Environmental, Safety, Industrial Hygiene) with 5+ years of experience in a high hazard environment.
Profound knowledge of process safety principles and their practical application, including Process Hazard Analysis, Process Safety Management regulations, incident investigations, and relevant U.S. regulations.
Ability to make formal response to PHA recommendations and audit findings.
Demonstrated proficiency in technical application, problem-solving, organization, project management, team leadership, computer skills, and communication (both written and verbal).
Proficiency in developing and implementing action plans to ensure sustainable compliance.
Availability to support continuous operations, including on-call availability during off-shift hours if required.
