About the role
- We are looking for a Product Engineer for our Manufacturing engineering team in the US, embedded in our largest and fastest-growing market.
- You will be the R&D face of RELEX to US manufacturers, combining engineering ability with real customer presence.
Responsibilities
- Engage across the full customer organization, from C-suite to the shop floor. You own relationships at every level, from the executive sponsor setting the mandate to the planners and production supervisors running your solution day to day
- Fluent with AI tools in your daily work, and interested in driving their adoption across a delivery organisation, not just your own workflow
Requirements
- You can reason about why a solver produced the plan it did, and what to change to get a better one
- Flexibility in how and where you work
- Where the core product needs to change, you work with central engineering to get the improvement into core rather than engineering around it
- You are accountable until it works, and you know what "works" means in measurable terms
