Responsibilities
- Support ongoing plant programs and goals by identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with other department supervisors/leaders in Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement.
- ADAPTABILITY: Managing conflicting demands, shifting priorities based on production needs, and adjusting plans to maintain efficiency and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Skills
- What you will bring:
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Previous manufacturing supervisory or leadership experience
- Excellent problem solving and conflict management skills
- Effective communication skills that demonstrate a supportive team member
- Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base
Compensation
- $60,000.00 - $126,200.00
- Salary Incentive Eligible:
