Responsibilities
- Perform Project Controls Services service offering including but not limited to capital planning, portfolio and project governance, front end planning, project funding, project set up, construction technology, procure to pay, project, cost & commercial managing, schedule control, risk management, project close-out.
- Support development of client's capital plan and associated updates by providing cashflow and accrual information.
- Facilitate funding process by consolidating information from various sources into a holistic funding request document.
- Identify, quantify monitor and partner to develop risk mitigation plans.
- Deliver quality work product by role modeling organizational core values.
- Consistently communicate and collaborate with team members and clients.
Requirements
- The Project Controls Manager enables the success of projects by using their technical knowledge of the Project Controls Service to empower project teams.
- 4+ years' experience post receiving undergraduate degree working in related field.

- Proactively participate in self-development to continually enhance current skills and build new skills required to excel at current role and prepare for career progression.

- Ability to effectively integrate with other departments.

- Possess a working knowledge of Cumming's tools, systems, and procedures.
- Demonstrate understanding of Project Controls fundamentals.
- Ability to communicate with various stakeholders, internal and external to company.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently.
- Highly proficient in the use of Excel.
