About the role

- You'll work cross-functionally across every team at the company, from Engineering and Product to Sales and Customer Success, touching every hire, every performance cycle, and every culture initiative we run.
Responsibilities
- You will not be a small cog in a big machine here, but the one building the machine itself.
- You'll design the hiring engine, build the culture infrastructure, and create the operational backbone that lets Nectir attract and retain exceptional talent at each stage of growth.
