About the role

Responsibilities

  • Behavior and Special Needs Support: Provide guidance on effective behavior management and communication with parents when needed.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Actively communicate with headquarters teams-including curriculum, operations, and customer happiness-to improve support systems for campsite staff.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in educational leadership, particularly in managing and training teaching staff (5+ years).
  • Demonstrated ability to implement effective teaching strategies and improve educational outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with teachers, parents, and staff.
  • Knowledgeable in child development and experienced in adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.

Compensation

  • Compensation: $25 - $50/hr (15-40 hours per week)
