Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing methods.
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and spray equipment safely.
  • Complete apartment turnovers within required timelines.

Nice to have

  • Previous residential or commercial painting experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
