About the role
- This enables rapid development of operational solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder expectations
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, marketing, and other teams to drive product initiatives and deliver best-in-class solutions
- Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure the product meets and exceeds their expectations
- Lead Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product deliveries
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- This role requires the ability to synthesize diverse perspectives, uncover underlying needs, and guide products through ambiguity with clarity and focus-translating them into intuitive, effective solutions.
